How to make a complaint
You can submit a complaint by email to info@fund.plus. Please include your name, contact details, a description of your concern, and any relevant supporting information.
How we handle complaints
Acknowledgement
We acknowledge complaints promptly after receipt.
Investigation
We review the matter fairly and may request further information.
Response
We provide a written response setting out our findings and any resolution.
Records
We maintain records of complaints in line with our regulatory obligations.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market.
